Beyonce is one of the hottest women  in the music business and everyone wants to know her fitness secrets, especially after having baby Blue.

The singer is proud of her weight-loss efforts: "Y'all have no idea how hard I worked. I had to lose 60 pounds! They had me on that treadmill. I ate lettuce!"  
Trainer, Marco Borges, sped up Beyonce’s progress by having her do interval training  which burns more calories in shorter amounts of time. 
In between training sessions, when Bey had a free moment to fit in some power moves, she’d do squats, lunges and planks--anywhere, anytime. Clearly, it’s paying off
