scooped up a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom co-op apartment in a townhouse in the Upper West Side.
The penthouse is a classically elegant but airy NYC abode, complete with a rooftop terrace and, better yet, potential air rights. So, if Anne and Adam and their offspring ever want to expand their footprint, the sky’s the limit.
It’s only one of five units in the 1904 mansion, which is just steps away from Central Park. Hathaway previously owned a luxurious NYC apartment — just to store her massive wardrobe.
The actress is set to star in the premiere of her own one-woman off-Broadway play this spring.
