The former X Factor judge is due to appear in court next week over an alleged incident outside a Tube station in north London.
Singer Tulisa Contostavlos has been charged with drink-driving and dangerous driving after allegedly crashing a Ferrari.

last September.It was reported at the time that the 27-year-old star had been arrested following an alleged collision between a Ferrari and a Saab shortly before midnight.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman confirmed Tulisa, of Enfield, was charged on Monday 7 March.
He said: "A woman has been charged with driving offences following a collision on 10 September 2015 outside Southgate Underground station.
"She was bailed to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on Monday, 4 April."
